Refund Policy

Noterix is sold as a one-time Noterix Lifetime License for $49.99 USD, and as Pro and Studio subscriptions (monthly or yearly). We want you to be confident in your purchase, so the Lifetime License and the first payment of every subscription are backed by a 14-day money-back guarantee.

1. Refund eligibility

Lifetime License: you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date, for any reason.

Subscriptions (Pro and Studio): you may request a full refund of your first payment within 14 days of starting the subscription, for any reason. Renewal payments (the second month or year onward) are not refunded. Instead, you can cancel at any time from your account page and keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for; you will not be charged again.

Plan changes: when you switch between Pro and Studio, or between monthly and yearly, Paddle charges or credits only the difference for the rest of your billing period. A credit is applied to your future payments rather than paid out.

A free 7-day trial is also available so you can evaluate Noterix before you buy. Refunds requested outside these windows may be considered at our discretion or where required by applicable law.

2. How to request a refund

  1. Email us at shailevi2004@gmail.com from the email address you used at checkout.
  2. Include your order or transaction reference (from your purchase confirmation email) so we can locate your payment.
  3. We will review and, once approved, issue the refund to your original payment method through our payment provider, Paddle. Refunds typically appear within a few business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

3. What happens after a refund is approved

Once a full refund is approved and processed:

  • Your Noterix license will be revoked. For a subscription, access ends right away rather than at the end of the billing period.
  • The license key will no longer activate the application, and future activations will stop.
  • Future downloads and updates tied to that license will no longer be available.

Any work you have already created and saved locally remains on your device; revocation affects only your license to run the licensed application.

4. Payments and Merchant of Record

Payments and refunds are handled by our payment provider, Paddle (Paddle.com Market Limited), which acts as the Merchant of Record. Refunds are returned to the original payment method used at checkout.

5. Abuse

We may decline a refund in cases of clear abuse — for example, repeated purchase-and-refund cycles or fraudulent activity.

6. Your statutory rights

This Refund Policy is offered in addition to, and does not limit or replace, any mandatory statutory consumer rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence. Those rights remain unaffected.
